Maintenance and Continued Support

After the initial purchase and implementation of your data collection or wireless equipment, we continue to support your business by offering on-site and depot repair on a time and materials basis, maintenance contract or extended warranty. Our manufacturer trained and certified technicians are located throughout the United States for on-site repairs, as well as depot repairs located in our facilities in Santa Ana, California and Hebron, Kentucky. We also offer support to all of our customers with options for maintaining an inventory of parts and accessories, providing add-ons and upgrades, rentals for short-term or long-term use, no pressure to upgrade before your business is ready, and more.
